The minutes of the November 16 Teleconference were approved. Steve to place in public archives. 2. The IESG approved publication of Carrying Label Information in BGP-4 as a Proposed Standard. Steve to send announcement. 3. The IESG approved publication of Autonomous System Confederations for BGP as a Proposed Standard. Steve to send announcement. 4. The IESG approved publication of ISDN Q.921-User Adaptation Layer as a Proposed Standard. Steve to send announcement. 5. The IESG directed Steve to send a WG Review message for the Web Intermediateries (webi) Working Group to the IETF Announce and new-work lists. 6. The IESG authorized Steve to send a WG Review message for the Middlebox Communication (midcom) Working Group to the IETF Announce and new-work lists once Scott provides him with an edited charter. 7. The IESG asked Steve to remove Definitions of Managed Objects for the Multiprotocol Label Switching, Label Distribution Protocol (LDP) from the LDP set so the two can progress independently. The other four documents remain in the LDP set. 8. The IESG had no problem with the publication of Incident object Description and Exchange Format Requirements , but request the RFC Editor to include the word TERENA in the document title. Steve to convey to RFC Editor. 9. The IESG had no problem with the publication of Reflections on the DNS, RFC 1591, and Categories of Domains as an Informational RFC. Steve to convey to RFC Editor along with a reminder to use the alternate form of the copyright text.
