The IESG approved creation of the Intellectual Property Rights (ipr) Working Group. Steve to update WG record and send announcement. 4. The IESG approved sending a WG Review message for the proposed Extended Incident Handling (inch) WG. 5. The IESG will have a special-purpose single topic "organizational issues" teleconference on August 20 (barring any serious scheduling conflicts) 6. Action on Mobile IP NAT/NAPT Traversal using UDP Tunnelling was deferred. 7. The IESG had no problem with the publication of Forwarding MAC Frames over MAPOS as an Informational RFC, but an IESG Note is to be included. Thomas to provide text to Steve. Once received, Steve to convey to RFC Editor. 8.
