Steve to send announcement. 3. The IESG approved publication of Layer Two Tunneling Protocol (L2TP) over Frame Relay as a Proposed Standard. Steve to send announcement. 4. The IESG approved creation of the Evolution of SNMP (eos) Working Group. Steve to announce once Bert provides the mailing list information. 5. The IESG had no problem with the revision of the ADSL MIB (adslmib) charter. Steve to update the WG records. 6. The IESG tentatively approved the set of "sub IP" working groups: o Provider Provisioned Virtual Private Networks (ppvpn) o IP over Optical (ipo) o IP over Packet Transport Rings (ipoptr) o Common Control and Measurement Planes (ccamp) o Recharter of Multiprotocol Label Switching (mpls) o Recharter of Internet Traffic Engineering (tewg) It was noted that revisions are still arriving and some acronyms are changing. Steve and Thomas to work together to finalize and verify the charter and administrative information. Once done, Steve to announce. It was also noted that there will be another WG: GSMP, but the charter has not yet been submitted. 7. The IESG had no problem with the WG Review message for Multicast Security (msec) WG being sent to the IETF Announce and new-work lists. Steve to make it happen. 8. The IESG had no problem with the WG Review message for Provisioning Registry Protocol (provreg) WG being sent to the IETF Announce and new-work lists. Steve to make it happen. 9. Allison asked for more time to review the proposed charter for the Application Exchange (apex) WG. She is to let Steve know if it is ok to send the WG Review message. 10. The IESG had no problem with the WG Review message for SIP for Instant Messaging and Presence Leveraging (simple) WG being posted, but Patrik is to make one more editing pass. That revision is to be sent to the IESG and, if no problems or issues are raised, Steve to handle it. 11. The IESG approved publication of Definition of Differentiated Services Per Domain Behaviors and Rules for their Specification as an Informational RFC. Steve to send announcement. 12.
